Level 5 is designed for swimmers who are ready to refine their strokes and build endurance across longer distances. This class focuses on refining freestyle and backstroke form while introducing breaststroke and dolphin kick fundamentals.
With a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio, swimmers receive targeted feedback while gaining ample practice time to reinforce proper technique and build endurance. Safety skills such as extended treading and deeper-water retrievals are also practiced regularly.
By the end of this level, swimmers will confidently complete 25 yards of freestyle with bilateral rotary breathing, 25 yards of backstroke, and will have gained foundational skills in breaststroke and dolphin kick to prepare them for Pre-Team Stroke and Endurance.
