Is your swimmer ready for the next step in their swim journey? PreTeam Stroke Technique & Endurance is designed for swimmers transitioning from learn-to-swim programs to joining a summer or year round competitive swim team. This class focuses on refining technique, building endurance, and mastering all four competitive strokes, including butterfly and breaststroke. It’s the perfect program for 10 & Under swimmers preparing to try out for the Hinsdale Swim Club.

With a low 5:1 swimmer-to-instructor ratio, participants receive individualized instruction while gaining valuable experience in a team-style environment. Emphasis is placed on stroke mechanics, efficient body position, and sustained swimming over longer distances.

By the end of the program, swimmers will demonstrate improved technique, endurance, and race-readiness—making them well-prepared for competitive swim team tryouts or continued development in the sport.
