Designed for swimmers who have completed Pre-Team, possess a solid understanding of all four competitive strokes, and/or have experience on a summer swim team or year-round club, this clinic-style program focuses on advanced stroke technique, endurance training, and race-specific skills across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Participants will refine stroke mechanics, build stamina through structured training sets, and master the fundamentals of starts, turns, and finishes. With a low 8:1 swimmer-to-instructor ratio, each athlete receives individualized feedback in a supportive, team-like environment that promotes confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of swimming.
